The RS8491 is a high-precision, single-channel, femtoampere input bias current electrometer amplifier with an operating voltage range of 5V to 25V, an offset voltage of 54uV, and an input bias current of only 200fA. The RS8491 also integrates a guard buffer to isolate the input pins from PCB leakage current.
