The RSH4069U device contains six inverters andperforms the Boolean function Y=A̅. This enables theuse of current limiting resistors to interface inputs tovoltages in excess of VCC.
The RSH4069U is available in Green SOP14 packages.It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°Cto 125°C
